Sports Massage Effects.

Suffering with pain and tightness of muscle due to whiplash, strain or sprain injury then a simple Sports massage will ease it and improve mobilty. 

Deep manipulation and stimulation of muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia,and the skin will enhance the physical, physiological and psychological well-being of the active person. It can assist in correcting imbalances caused by repetitive and vigorous physical activity and trauma. Sports massage is able to encourage the healing of injuries that occur through participating in sports and hectic lifestyles.

Water cushion is not suitable for Sports Massage.
