I made the decision to be different; often therapists choose blues and purples for their colour scheme. So when I found some orange towelling, a colour which is warm and inviting, it blends well with red, brown and cream so my colour scheme was formulated.
Orange is the colour for the Sacral Chakra which works to energise, improve digestion and appetite, and diminish fear which are my intention for all my treatments.
It sounds soothing and suits Shrewsbury but, I became certain it was the one to use when I looked it up in the dictionary. It means Proud, Exalted, Inspire Awe, Generous, Bountiful: all which I hope I provide in all my therapies. But the phrase that clinched it was "To move from solid to vapour state."
As I read this I visualized the effect of massage has, on the muscles and soft tissues and on to the intention of all my treatments to lift the spirit and give freedom of movement for each of my clients.
