Your chosen holistic treatment will allow you to enjoy being pampered and gain harmony of the mind, body and spirit.

Please be aware allergens may be present during a treatment,all efforts are made to ensure the presence of allergens is kept to a minimum.

If you know that you are allergic to anything please say when booking an appointment, this will ensure you don’t have a reaction during the treatment.  

 

 

Music is normally played during a session to enhance relaxation by creating a calming environment. Such music may include: Flute, Piano, Cello, Violin, Guitar, Sitar, Bagpipes, Drums, Gong, Chant, Song, Bird song, Rain, Water and others.

 If you don’t wish to have music, fragrance, candles or have allergic reaction to anything stated please notify me before the session so alternatives can be arranged. 

 

 Products used within a treatment and prepration may include.

Grape Seed Oil,      Source: Natural by Nature Oils Ltd

                             Contents: Pure Grapeseed Oil (vitis vinifera)

                            Should be avoided by those with grape allergy, high blood pressure, bleeding disorders

Sunflower Oil,        Source: Suma

                            Contents: 100% Organic Sunflower Seed Oil, cold pressed

                            Should be avoided by those with sunflower allergy, weakened immune system

                           Should be avoided by those with tree or nut allergy 

Coconut Oil,       Source: T.J. Morris Ltd

                        Contents: 100% Organic Coconut

                       Should be avoided by those with tree or nut allergy

                        Contents: Pure Almond oil (Prunus amygdalus)

                        Should be avoided by those with tree or nut allergy

 

Blend of 50% coconut and 50% sunflower oil,   sources as above  

                      Should be avoided by those with tree/ nut / sunflower allergy and/or weakened immune system
